Gary earned a Master’s Degree in Business and Accounting at Ohio State University and a Juris Doctor law degree at Ohio Northern University. Currently semi-retired, Gary has worked as an attorney, certified public accountant, and entrepreneur, and has a real estate license and mortgage license. With Gary’s vast knowledge of tax and real estate laws, as well as owning several commercial real estate investments, he is a major asset to the Mintz Team. In his free time, you will see Gary with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He is an avid sports fan, loves playing golf, and enjoys traveling.
A resident of Parkland, Florida since 1989, Caryn graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She worked as a speech pathologist, taught special education, and was an American Sign Language teacher. Following her career in education, Caryn joined the Mintz team in 2017 as an assistant to Joanie Mintz. She works closely in all aspects of the real estate transaction process. She also lends her talents to marketing, advertising, and client relations. Caryn enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, traveling, reading, and volunteering for various charities.

Tracy was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. She has been a south Florida resident since 1978. After graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts & Humanities, Tracy worked in Investment Banking for 10 years before taking on her most important role as a wife and mother to two amazing sons. After going back to work as an Administrative Assistant for a real estate team from 2006-2012, she obtained her Real Estate License in 2013 and joined RE/MAX Advisors as a Licensed Transaction Coordinator which eventually led to becoming the Office Manager. In her spare time, Tracy enjoys reading, writing, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
